Managing pages
Each page in the Wiki list has actions on its row: Pin/Unpin, Edit Page, Delete Page, and (on public pages) Copy Public Link.
Pin / Unpin
Section titled “Pin / Unpin”The pin icon’s tooltip reads Pin to top (or Unpin if already pinned). Pinned pages group at the top of the list under a Pinned label and count toward the Pinned stat in the stats bar. Pin the handful of pages your team opens daily — the morning checklist, the phone script, the current promo.
Copy public link
Section titled “Copy public link”On a public page, the link icon copies the short share URL and confirms with the toast Public link copied to clipboard! (the tooltip flips to Copied! for about three seconds). This action only appears on pages marked public.
Delete safely
Section titled “Delete safely”Selecting the trash icon first runs a reference check — a spinner shows Checking if any templates or pages link to this wiki… — then opens one of two confirmations:
- Nothing references it → a plain Delete Wiki Page dialog: Are you sure you want to delete this wiki page? / This action cannot be undone.
- Other templates or pages link to it → a ⚠️ Warning: Page In Use dialog listing the referencing pages. Because deleting will break those links, you must tick I understand these templates/pages will have broken links to enable the Delete Anyway button (it stays disabled until you do).
In both variants, if the page is public you also get a warning that its shared link will stop working.
This is why wiki-links are safe to use liberally — Teamio tracks them and warns before anything breaks.
- Before deleting a template, read the Page In Use list — a Workflow or Campaign may depend on it.
- Pin sparingly — a wall of pinned pages defeats the purpose; pin only the daily-use few.
