• Multi-language forms — patient forms auto-translate to the patient’s language (Spanish and Russian), and patients pick or switch the language right on the form itself while filling it out.
• Campaigns — send email and SMS to many patients at once, with reusable templates, A/B testing, and open/click analytics. Find it under Campaigns in the left sidebar (if your practice has the Campaigns module).
