Saving and reusing patient lists

You can save the audience you build in the recipient step and reuse it later — without sending anything. This is how your daily work lists become repeatable outreach.

In the recipient preview — whichever method you used — select Save List to store that exact audience for later. Nothing is sent.

A saved list then appears in two places:

  • In Saved Patient List (the recipient method), under From Your Campaigns.
  • In Drafts, where it carries a list status. That’s why you may see entries in Drafts you never “drafted” — they’re saved audiences, not unfinished campaigns.

Open the New Campaign wizard, reach the recipient step, and choose Saved Patient List. Two sections appear:

Past campaigns and saved lists, each showing its name, type, recipient count, and a filter summary, with two ways to reuse it:

  • Re-run Filters — re-evaluate the saved criteria against today’s data. The audience refreshes — patients who newly qualify are added, those who no longer qualify drop off. Use this for recurring sends like monthly recall, where you want whoever is due now.
  • Use Exact List — reuse the exact same recipients as before, ignoring whether they still match the filters. Use this for a true sequel — “everyone who got the May offer” gets the follow-up.

Your existing work lists, ready to become a campaign:

  • Overdue Recall Lists
  • Unscheduled Tx Lists

Each panel lists its lists with a Use List button (and pagination). This is the bridge the recall coordinator’s list crosses to become a recall campaign in a couple of clicks. When you have none, an empty-state message says so.

  • Re-run Filters for recurring sends, Use Exact List for sequels — picking the wrong one either messages the wrong people or misses newly-eligible ones.
  • A saved list is a snapshot of who, not a scheduled send — you still build and send a campaign around it.
  • Skim the preview before sending a reused list — people schedule, transfer, and opt out between campaigns.
