Insights & reports overview

Teamio reads your Open Dental data continuously, which means it can also report on it — both live on screen and automatically by email. This section is where you measure how the practice is doing: how hard the team is working its follow-up lists, how much treatment is getting accepted, and whether you’re on pace to your production goals.

The Team Insights dashboard: Today, Week-to-Date, and Month-to-Date tabs over Overdue Recall, Unscheduled Treatment, Aging, and Broken Appointment cards.

Two things live here, each aimed at a different reader:

  • Team Insights — the live follow-up scoreboard, for the whole team. See how many Overdue Recall, Unscheduled Treatment, claims, pre-authorization, and patient-balance follow-ups your team made today, this week, and this month, who made them, and how many turned into scheduled appointments. Includes a Custom Reports tab for any month range. Use it in the morning huddle to keep everyone accountable to the lists.
  • Automated email reports — for anyone who’d rather not log in to check numbers. Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly KPI emails (production, collections, case acceptance, follow-up activity, upcoming scheduled production) to the people who should see them, with no one running a report. Set up by an Admin, then it’s hands-off.

There is also a direct-URL Practice Insights: KPIs page at /app/kpi (Net Production vs daily goal, Production vs Collection, treatment acceptance, and more). It is gated to Admin and Manager, but its sidebar link is currently turned off, so it is reachable by URL only and is not yet documented here.
